General

We only accept payments via Paypal.
Full payment is required before commission begins.
Do not send any payment until your invoice has been sent.
You are NOT allowed to use our art to train AI.
The final product is for personal use ONLY. Unless you have paid for commercial use or merch.
You are not allowed to trade, modify, sell or take credit for the art.
You are allowed to share the art, print it or make stuff with it only for personal use and not for sale.
We have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes.
If you do not want us to tag you just let us know and we will not do it.
Remember We are not only working with you, we are working with more clients just like you, so be patient until it's your turn.
Once the commission has been completed and the buyer/you approves the work, any adjustments that are requested after approval will be charged, adjustments can only be made for free if the client has already mentioned in the sketch or coloring stage (depending on the type of adjustment) and the artist forgot to change it (any adjustments in the detail stage will be charged).

Vtuber

Please have a completed image of your character's design/reference ready for the submission, we do not accept changes to the original reference, or AI art as a reference. Making a design has a extra charge.
If you want us to make big changes from your reference, we will be charging a design fee.
You are NOT allowed to sell any parts of the model/rig, like a NFT's, AI art, etc.
You must credit us on at least one of your social media platform.
If for some reason your model has an error, please let us know, we will fix it with no extra charge.
For rigging we must know your planned date for your debut. Deadlines can't be moved after commission process started.
Model PSD file for rig needs to be checked by us and can be returned if the art needs any adjustments for the rigging process.

Payment Plan

Payment plan is only available for commissions over $1200.
The total cost of the project can be divided depending on the number of months left to start your model
The payments will be distributed as follows:

2 months: 50% per month
3 months: 33.33% per month
4 months: 25% per month

Customers will select specific dates each month for their payments based on their convenience. If a payment is not made on the chosen date, a late fee of $25 per day will apply. We kindly encourage you to plan your expenses accordingly, as exceptions cannot be made.Important: Work will begin only after all payments corresponding to the selected plan have been completed.

We reach out to everyone who showed interest in a spot for the next batch of commissions.Please note that this does not mean you've been confirmed as a stable client yet, you're being considered as a potential one.The order in which messages are sent will depend on the projects the artist is most excited about or feels are the best fit.If we don’t receive a reply within 3 days, we’ll kindly move on to the next person on the list to keep things flowing smoothly.

Slots

To reserve a stable slot and be considered an official client, a 15% deposit of the total commission is required.This small upfront payment ensures the slot is yours and gives you priority over the waiting list.If you ever need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable, except if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment. This helps the us confidently save your spot and manage our schedule with care.
